Less fees, more support.

Australia’s only one-fee service provider!

Did you know that up to 40% of aged care funding goes to fees? We said, “no thanks”, and do things a little differently.


To maximise your support hours, we never charge case management or admin fees, and only charge for hourly rates. We’re the only service provider in Australia doing this! We hope that one day, all service providers will follow our steps, but for now, we’re pleased to be leading the pack. 

Aged care funding.

Funding levels.

If you’re new to aged care funding, there are four levels of funding. Abbily provides care across all four levels.

Level 1: Basic care needs — $9,026.45 a year.


Level 2: Low care needs — $15,877.50 a year.


Level 3: Intermediate care needs — $34,550.90 a year.


Level 4: High care needs — $52,377.50 a year.

  • Applying for funding.

    All funding applications are done through My Aged Care. This is a national Government body that helps you determine your funding level as well as the types of care you might need.


    This can be done online or over the phone on 1800 200 422. However, we understand the application process can be overwhelming. If you need assistance, you’re welcome to call our friendly coordinators — this is a free service we offer. We’ll even come to your place, sit down with you, and go over it in person. Even if you end up going with a different service provider, we’re happy to help!

Formal complaints are lodged through the Age Care Quality and Safety Commission. You can do this by calling 1800 951 822 or through their online form. You can also send a written complaint to Age Care Quality and Safety Commission at GPO BOX 9819 Perth WA 6000.
